At All Us Women, every garment is made to order and undergoes a thorough quality check before dispatch. We follow careful processes to ensure that each piece reaches you in perfect condition.


Returns for Damages

Returns are accepted only in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

To request a return or refund, please email us at [your official email ID] within 24 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear images of the product

  • An opening video recorded at the time of unboxing

The opening video helps us verify the issue and protects both our customers and our processes from malpractice.


Quality Assurance

Every order is inspected by our quality control team prior to dispatch. As a made-to-order brand, product damage is highly uncommon. However, if an issue is identified, our QC team takes full responsibility and ensures it is addressed promptly and fairly.


Transit Safety

All products are shipped in secure polymailer bags designed to protect the garment during transit.

If you receive a parcel with a torn or visibly damaged outer packaging, please:

  • Record a clear opening video before unsealing the package

  • Document the condition of the parcel

Without an opening video, we will be unable to process return or refund requests.


Important Notes

  • Returns and refunds are not applicable for fit preferences or change of mind, as all products are made to order

  • Approved refunds will be processed after verification by our team

  • Resolution may include replacement or refund, based on the nature of the issue
