• Follow our golden rule to pick the best size for you.
• Upto 6 months of pregnancy, your size remains the same as the one before you got pregnant.
• After 6 months and upto 9 months, choose the NEXT size. that is, if you were size 40, go for 42.
• For feeding moms, continue with the size you were using during pregnancy, coz your bust size would have gone up during feeding. hence continue the same size till 6 months post delivery.
• If you are a mom after 6 months post delivery, go for size before your pregnancy.
• Always know your upper chest measurements, coz while choosing your ideal size- it is always upper chest measurement plus two inches.
