Thoughtful support, within a defined window

At All Us Women, we understand that size and fit needs can change quickly during pregnancy and postpartum. To ensure timely support and availability, exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

This helps us assist you efficiently, as our products are made to order and may sell out quickly.


When Exchanges Are Applicable

Exchanges are accepted for:

  • Size-related concerns

  • Fit issues

  • Preference for a different design or pattern

Exchange with another product is also possible, subject to availability and value adjustment.


How to Request an Exchange

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Instagram DM

Kindly share:

  • Order details

  • Required size or preferred alternate product

  • Any fitting concerns

If you are unsure, you may request designer assistance, and our team will guide you before the exchange is processed.


Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unworn

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Item must be returned in original condition


Exchange Process

  1. Once approved, ship the product to our return address (mentioned below).

  2. For doorstep pickup, you may choose to book a return via the Delhivery app.

  3. After the product reaches us and clears quality verification, the exchange item will be dispatched.


Important Notes

  • Exchange requests raised after 2 days of delivery may not be accepted

  • Exchange timelines depend on availability and production schedules

  • Any price difference will be communicated clearly
