At the neckline, a wide V-collar in cream eyelet lace — broderie anglaise, open-worked, letting light through in small blooms. It sits against the navy the way moonlight sits on water. Unexpected. Completely right. The collar is framed with a navy ruffle that echoes at the flutter sleeves — soft, double-layered wings at each shoulder that move with every step.
